Access Framework's Configuration

All parameters given at CLI and yaml level are available for each test cases/suites.
This allows you to access configuration parameters from the CLI and the yaml config.

"Tag" Are The New "Variant"

The "tag " argument in the pykiso decorator define_test_parameters has been changed to "tag".
